Cant able to create new customer

Hi All,
I need to create new Customer in customer transaction im facing this error "AttributeError: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘strip’ " please guide me to resolve this one.

We tested in the latest v14, everything is working fine. No problems were encountered in the latest version 14.
