I’m opened a lead and opened the address and contact option. here i clicked the email of the lead. here my system opens the thunderbird application for send a email. i cant able to send the email from ERPNext. but i checked the email account in my erpnext settings . im enabled the outgoing check box and im enabled the use TLS checkbox and outgoing server is smtp.gmail.com port = 587. and also my email account enabled 2 step verification.so entered the app password from my google settings to my email account in ERPNext . but still i cant send mails from ERPNext , thunderbird is opening again and again.
Yeah ok, but the mail not received by the lead .
Did you check in email queue to see if the mail was actually sent ?

Its status is “not sent” how can i solve this.why is this problem occur
@Sumith-2004 check your scheduler is active or not
Go to the rq job list and check the status if status is inactive then activate the status using the bench scheduler command
bench enable-scheduler
@Sumith-2004 then send email rq job is run every 10 to 15 min so email is send 10 to 15min

Here you can see the 4th mail is sent automatically when i created a new user in erpnext. after i tried manually other mails for lead in my CRM, those mails aren’t sent.
@Sumith-2004 Check your console socket.io error is showcase with 404 then repair your socket.io then check
