cant access my site nor the frappe cloud support

tried to access my site but it gives internal server error when i checked on the frappe cloud the site status listed as active . moved to frappe cloud support to file a ticket but i cloud access the support site as well it gives an error of 403 .

do the support team have a contact number or a way to reach them incase of those incidents ?

thanks . sent them an email last Friday . still waiting for a reply . having to do the work manually until they reply is frustrating
