Cant bench innit .error: subprocess-exited-with-error ,error: metadata-generation-failed while installing erpnext on mac

Hi all ,
i was trying to setup erpnext locally on mac.coudnt bench init,
keeps on throwing this error.will share the screenshots below.
command used to init : bench init frappe-bench --python /opt/homebrew/bin/python3
