I can’t cancel some purchase order, the only option available is Update Button
I could cancel before but now I don’t know what is happening.

Looks like you have unsaved changes to the document. If you haven’t made any changes, try reloading maybe?
I tried that too, nothing happens. And when I try to update, it shows this:
Not allowed to change Terms after submission
