Can't create new sites dns_multitenant on

hello friends I need your help, my erpnext after the update is acting strangely, I can not create new sites, I get that do not exist, how strange that my previous sites work without problems but if I want to create new it is not possible. can you shake my hand to see what the problem is

    I only have the message err_conection_refused or some system log is needed, if so please tell me which one to upload it

    if i don’t have any error message

  • Your step which you follow?
    are the same to create a site based on dns there is no science since I have other sites working

  • OS & Environment?
    Linux ubuntu 16.04, easy installation of erpnext

  • Frappe and ERPNext Version?
    the stable published version that if I’m not mistaken is version 11

  • If Upgrade, From which version to which version?
    I assume I was at 10 since when I ran bench update I got to go from version to stable.
