Can't login in my ERPNext which is hosted on frappecloud

I’m using base subscription on frappe cloud.
Everything was fine. Last 2 days, I can’t log in to my account.
I can log in to the administrator account from the https://frappecloud.com/ dashboard.
I’ve tried to clear the cache. That didn’t work.
