Can't make PO into Invoice

Hi, recently with my Purchase orders when I go to make an invoice. I fill in all the details but comes up with did not save. No message as to why. Can someone please guide me in the right direction as to what I should do.

Can you please check the javascript console and share the error message.

The issue has already been fixed, may be you did not pull the latest updates.

Please update your system and check again.
