Can't save the Notification Email account (Default sending)

Hi all,

I tried to configure Notification Email account but when I clicked on the save button, the “Saving” message is stuck indefinitely.

Do you have any idea about what is causing this?

I tried multiple times. This morning included… Still not working, no logs.
