Can't Set up New Loan Account for employee

I am trying to follow this guide

Made a new account by employe name
Type = Receivable

When i try to pass journal entry
Employe DR
Cash Cr

it does not let me i get error
Row1: Party Type and Party is required for Receivable / Payable account ABC (Adv Salary) - M

When i try to create doc type for employees, it does not allow me
No permission to ‘Create’ DocType


For the Employee Loan account, do not set Account Type as “Receivable”. If done so, it will ask you to link with it’s master record.

The solution suggested in the help article is based on work-around.
