IS THEIR ANY POSSIBILITY TO ENTER A PURCHASE THROUGH CASH INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH PARTY.
i TRIED BUT DIDNT GET A SOLUTION
If the purchase is for an inventory item that you need to track inventory quantity for, create a dummy Supplier (maybe call it cash supplier) receive the items, create an invoice and pay by cash.
If its purchase of an item of expenditure that you do not keep stock of, use JV, cash against the expense account.
