How do I setup Cess in my client’s Coca cola distribution company. I have setup the CGST, SGST, and IGST but I don’t know how to setup cess part of the tax.

How do I setup Cess. Please elaborate as I don’t have any idea. I want to setup cess for cold drinks like soft driks, juices, mineral water etc. I have setup the CGST, SGST and IGST correctly but now the rate of cess is a puzzle.
Give an example of how you do it in excel OR scan a paper invoice.
