How can i change my existing chart of account to this :
In development included already under:

erpnext/accounts/doctype/account/chart_of_accounts/verified/fr_plan_comptable_général.json

It does not replace the existing charts automatically. While creating a new company, if you select the new COA, then it will create new chart based on that.
For existing company, if there is no COA exists, then only selecting a new coa and saving the company, will create coa based on that.

You can edit your current chart of account, rename it, reorganize the parent and child relationships. Of course, if they there are transactions underneath it, then might screw up your accounting.
