Change default UOM in print format?

Hi Team ,
How i change the default UOM in the print format ,and select as per our requirements?

Create on custom button…on click of that button popup dialog box which will have link field of UOM.
when user will select uom in dialog box take that uom input in print format and show that uom in your print format.
