Change Default Web Form to Add a new address

How can I replace the default “Add a new address” form that is on the website with the customer registration quick entry form?

This form is a webform called “Address”. You can customize it easily, to get the desired appearance … (use section break, etc ). But this just create an address, not the entire customer document …

You can create a new webform and adapt it to your requirements, but it will need some customization (permissions, etc …)

I can’t figure your use case … you will let your customer change data this way?
