In leave Application doctype, I tried to change field in doctype when specific action happen, so I change it using self.feild_name=“content”
But when I use this it says that I don’t have permission to update this doctype!
Any help, please
maybe the user you are using doesn’t have the permissions!

did you give him permission and didn’t have access , in the other hand when you use another user which you give him the same permission it works just fine ?? is that what are you trying to say ?
