I notice that on V9, we cannot change item in Delivery Note…all items must be the same with Sales Order. But in V7 this was allowed. How to achieve this? Sometimes we have to substitute the item in delivery due to unavailability etc
I’m looking for a solution to the exact same issue. Up till now, we’ve been doing a whole lot of cancellations to deal with this scenario but the team is gradually getting fed up
Could this be added as an optional setting somewhere?
Any suggestions on how to achieve this will be greatly appreciated
