Change of Stock / Stock transfer from one Item to another

I have two items, Item A and Item B. In inventory, there are 100 pieces of Item A, but 20 pieces out of those 100 actually belong to Item B. How can I directly transfer stock from one item code to another in ERPNext, similar to the “Change of Stock” feature in SAP Business ByDesign that allows you to execute this process? I need guidance and help regarding this scenario.
