Good morning everyone, is there a way to change the operation time from minutes to hours?

I have found a workaround by creating a custom field for the hours in the BOM Operation and hiding the operation time in min field. The idea is to populate the value of the operation time in min once the user enters/changes the value of the custom hours field.
