Change password for user doctype

I am facing an issue thats when i change the password manually for users in User doctype, they cannot access using the new password. has anyone faced this issue ? its been going for a month now.

and i don’t receive any error of save of user doctype.

I’ve had a similar issue before. ometimes, when you change your password manually, the system doesn’t update it properly.

One thing that helped is generating the passwords with a strong password generator in order to still keep the results strong and with some necessary characteristics, in a way they do not get flagged by any system rules. Also, try clearing the cache and refreshing the system after making changes. The problem may be that sometimes caching issues allow old passwords to be saved and used again.
