Change series for Employee to custom

Hi, everyone.

I want to add my custom naming series, but if I create it, it will assign numbers as the number of employees increases. Therefore, I want a series/employee number format like ‘RDPL-01’, ‘RDPL-12’ to be displayed in the ID instead of the default ID format ‘EMP****’.

So i already have 100+ employees already in the list with the default format HR-EMP, if i delete all and then import data again with the series field of my own - will that work ?
