Changed Warehouse Account, how can i move previous amounts/stock from old account to the new one?

Hi there, I recently had to change the warehouse account of some of my warehouse. However, I already had some stock transactions done through the old account. How can I find the amount and transfer it to the new warehouse account? Thanks
