to update my situation
I resolved the issue after I change all the $host in the /etc/nginx/conf.d/frappe-bench.conf file with my site name.

its really take alot of time and effort from me.
Been there. However every challenges faced may have multiple solutions.
If your ERP install is configured as multiple sites i.e. erp1.example.com and erp2.example.com. That this FQDNs have proper DNS resolve. A simple rename of the site folder from erp2.example.com to erp3.example.com will do the trick.
