Changing user email from erpnext web login

Hello for all…
So I want to change the email login for a user but I don’t have permission to do that despite that I am login as administrator, I also try to give my self permission from role permission manager but also with not avail.
So anyone know how we can change the email without need to access the database using terminal.

If you want to change the user email then click on the title (Soro Ali) and change the email.
