Chargeable- Account Type Definition?

What is chargeable in Account type? Where will it be used? Thanks.

In tax table of sales and purchase transactions, accounts can be selected if account type is one of “Tax”, “Chargeable”, “Expense Account” and “Income Account”. For example, “Freight and Forwarding Charges” can be set as Chargeable account.
