Charges Inclusive Sales Invoice Creation

Hi All,

We would like to record in sales order or invoice amount inclusive of taxes, shipping charges and other fees, so we can know the gross profit once it is issued. Current config doesn’t allow this as if we add “ACTUAL” type charges… the invoice value gets increased rather than to be in inclusive.

Have you checked the option Tax Included in basic rate

thanks you for the link. Yes I have gone through it and it works to some extent but not all. See below snapshot.

The “actual” charge cannot make it inclusive and returns with error “Actual type tax cannot be included in Item rate in row 3”
