I would like to know where to activate the chat for the website? I can’t find that option.
Do I need to install an app?
I’m using v15.
You can install Frappe chat app
Or raven app.
I believe Frappe Chat offered a Guest chat interface on the website, but it’s not being maintained now.
Raven is for internal communication (or with suppliers etc) - it doesn’t have a website chat box.
I see a lot of people are looking for a website chat interface for customer support/leads. While Raven is not suited for it, I think the CRM and Helpdesk apps should offer it.
