Dears,
I need to fetch a child table from a doctype which already has data , into another doctype as read only,
I want to show it as a table ,
I tried to do the field as “Data” and fetch from “Employee” ,but I could not find it as table!!
any ideas, please?

"Fetch from" is intended only for fetching data from linked master That is a field of “link type”, and exist in the document…
If you want to Fetch the existing child table values for a specific document, you need to write some a script.
