Combine 2 instances into multicompany instance

Hi,

We currently have 2 seperate sites in ErpNext for both our companies.
Now we want to move all data from the second site into the first site to make it a multicompany instance for our both companies.

We have tries to import/export data tool, but it has it’s problems.
For example:
When we export Leads and import them back in the other site, they get new ID’s. Because of this it breaks all links with the other data like Addresses, Contacts, …

How can we accomplish this ?

You may have to use a some of Data Import features and also may need to do some updates using SQL from the back end based on your use case.
