Comment in document to be mailed to shared list

Comment (internal note) mentioned in any document (opportunity, task, et al) should be sent to shared persons (owner and to whom doc is shared) by email.

If we try to send it through email (existing facility), we need to remove client"a I’D from “To” field and put one of the shared person’s I’d as “to” field is compulsory.

Kindly suggest the wayout.

The purpose of “Comments” below documents is to keep everyone involved in sync and updated instantly.

We suggest that the comment mentioned should be circulated by email (email should be sent with document details and comments) to persons with whom document is shared. (To share the same by email is very lengthy process).

Or else such option should be available through email alert configuration.
