Hi,
you have already several ways for communications (Github Issues, Forum here and the comment function in you docs).
Do you take care about the comments mentioned by users in you interactive docs?
Example:
http://erpnext.org/customer-master
I think it's really a great Idea to have comment directly in the docs as it have the context and Docs could be improved straight away.

Hi Holger,
Thanks for reporting this problem.
When we imported the existing docs into the website module, we forgot to change the owner of the pages. Hence, we didn't get notified that there were new comments in it. We've fixed it and will reply to them soon.
