Comments- replies- CRM records

Hi Everyone,

I’m new here. I’m trying to configure the comments/ communications for CRM records. According to the documentation, there should be a button to comment and reply on deals and leads: Comment

In my trial account, I don’t see deals at all. When I create a lead, I don’t see a reply button (as it shows in the documentation screenshot).

Basically, I would like to enable users to comment on records (deals, accounts, customers, etc.) and enable users to reply to comments. Like a threaded or nested comments function.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
