Commission Rate as a Value not a Percentage

Hello,

Can the commission rate of the sales partner be set as a value instead of a Percentage?

My client sells by the ton and would like to apply $XXX/ton instead of XX% of the total value.

I checked selling settings and everywhere, can’t seem to find any.

Alternately, has anyone implemented/applied a script that does something similar?

You can directly enter the commission amount as well. Commission rate is not mandatory in Sales Order.

Thanks Kanchan, I have tried that option and work well, just that the client wishes to have the values already entered so there is minimal input at SO stage.
