Company Data Missing

We have three companies in our ERP next. Since, the last update, we are unable to see any company data, it is just missing. The data is there in charts of accounts and company master file. But, not available anywhere else. Can anynoe help with this issue?

On Role Permissions Manager, check whether Apply User Permissions is specified without applying any Rule. If so uncheck Apply User Permissions for that row.
