Company hierarchy and delegations

i’,m a new user of ERP next and i’ve choosed it to be our company main engine and i lead this as an admin for the system.

so, i;d like to know how to design the company hierarchy using ERP next to allow all activities runninf smoothly like leave applications, loans, sales, manufacturing activities
i tried to make some work flows but. i’d like to be more familliar how to do this.

also, about delegations i.e. if an employee asked for leave but his manager is absent for days suppose the system allows two paths for that also, please support me in this.
