It appears the Compensatory Leave Request only works for Employees who are working on a holiday. What of those who are called in to work during their Leave? Shouldn’t this be covered as well? It’s much much tidier than Cancelling/Amending Leave Application docs and going through approval processes all over again. Besides, there’s no way to apply for leave in hindsight so it really isn’t feasible to Cancel/Amend a Leave document when an Employee has already commenced their Leave!
Does anyone currently have any workaround for this scenario?
