Compensatory off leave application

Hi,

In our current ERP, when an employee applies for a compensatory off leave, he/she has to enter the date worked on to compensate for applied leave period. Is there a way to do this?

You can add a custom date field to doc type

Ok thanks. That could work. If someone works on a holiday to compensate for a leave, how can I get the system to consider this and pay the employee for that day?

If the calculation logic does not already take this into account you would have to modify the payroll calculation to work based on Leave Type = “Compensatory Off”
