CONDITIONAL SUM / ADD in CHILD TABLE COLUMN

Hi! I am new in ERP NEXT and I am trying to sum a column in a child table and put the total value in a field of the master Doctype. But, this Doctype has another field where I want to select the Employee, and I expected to sum just the rows that in an other column is indicated the Employee select.

Somebody can help me? Thanks,
