Dears,
i have followed the whole instruction and installed the application through virtual machine production version. but now when i access the localhost and continue to do the first configurations on Company Name setup page it gets stuck and nothing works for longer period. and when i refresh the web page it goes back to first signin and again the same problem. can any one help me ?
Am not sure when the VM was last updated…
So have you sudo apt-get update the OS and cd home/frappe/frappe-bench bench update

Same Problem is with your hosted version, i tried to use the Trail version and still i can not setup my company.
Did the update too and still the problem there.
Weird. That doesn’t make sense. Does your company name contain special characters?
Nop ever i tried deferent names. You can check it by your self when i choose english, afghanistan, services, than put my name Nasir Totakhil than the company name which is MediaMark Afghanistan it gets jammed and nothing works even i waited for hours but nothing with both offline version and online cloud version of erpnext website.
Even i have tried 12341234 as company name but no working with both online and offline versions.
I installed a few trial VM’s also a test box using ArchLinux. They got stuck on or just before Chart of Accounts - this was about a month ago on v9.1.x.
I reinstalled/updated the nginx and then it worked. (I don’t know why, but that was what worked for me)
