Configuring email domaine in ERPNext 14 problem

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m currently facing an issue with setting up email accounts in ERPNext 14, and I could use some guidance. Here are the details of the problem:

Issue: I’m encountering an error message - “Compte Email entrant incorrect,” which translates to “Incoming Email Account Incorrect.” The server response is "* OK IMAP4 Ready

  • ERPNext Version: 14
  • Server Response: “* OK IMAP4 Ready 00023596”
