Configuring Google Apps on virtual machine image

Hello,


I am trying to configure the email settings (Outgoing Mails) on ERPNext virtual machine image, but fail and receive error msg, shown in screen shoot. “Invalid Outgoing Mail Server or Port. Please rectify and try again.”

I tried several ports, as recommended on Google support forum
http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=78775

with no result, I am quite sure of user credentials I entered on page, but I believe i am missing something…

Please advice.

Maybe the port is blocked by your ISP / Router.
