Connector to Chinese Sales platforms tmall, taobao, yihaodian

does anyone ever engage in the endeavour to connect ERPNext to the aforementioned platforms (Stock, Accounting)?

Any experience whether that could be achieved? I guess at first it would be required that they provide a good API, right?
