Constant number of days in a month

We have 30 days as fixed number of days in a month for per day salary calculation. How can I achieve this?

In Payroll setting we have this option today

Either the holidays will be added to the total working days or not depending on this setting.
Instead I need to set the total working days in a month as 30.
