I have a self-hosted version 15.19.2.
I have setup the Contact us page on the website. I do receive an email as expected when I fill out the Contact us page on the website.
However, in the Contact Us Settings there is an Address section below the Query Options with all the majour address fields. What are those fields for? Should they be shown on the Contact Us page on the website, so the guest can provide their address? Or how can I enable those fields?
