Hi,
there is someone, that can tell me what’s field “Status” meaning for the Contact Masterdata?

Status in a Contact has 3 options

  1. Passive - This is default
  2. Open - When a contact (to be more precise email id) sends an email through website and a new communication is created then the contact becomes OPEN and is shown on the toolbar as how many contacts are in OPEN state
  3. Replied - When you reply to the contact from within the erpnext system the contact’s status becomes replied, this state is similar to Passive.
