Contribution Help for Alternative BOM lines - Change Link field Display Look

Hello everyone,

I am working a contribution feature with Alternative BOM lines.
From the proposed design I have to create a child table in Items to hold this info

I want to change the display of UOM from hash to something readable like “UOM-name / Conversion Factor” e.i. “Stk - 1”.

I want this without changing the auto name setting in “UOM Conversion Detail”

Anyone can help me with example in source code?. I know somehow this is done like in item and queries but I dont know that setup is needed.
