Conversion Factor Table Error

Hi I’m encountering this error.
frappe.exceptions.ValidationError: Unit of Measure EACH has been entered more than once in Conversion Factor Table
When I tried to look for the said UOM in UOM Conversion Factor I can’t find it. Can you please help me with this?

Could you share a screenshot of the item you’re trying to save and the conversion factor table of that item?

Hi I already solved this. It seems that there are multiple entries in the in the UOM of the item

I just deleted them all.
