Convert Stock Entry Package into 8 Items

Hello, I bought 54 packages with 8 items in each.
I created the 8xpackage product.
I created the 1item product.
I created a Stock Entry for the 54 packages. Now I am selling each 432 items separately, but I cannot find how to convert the packages into items.
Now I cannot now create delivery notes, since the items are not in my stock, and continue with workflow.
