I am trying to import cost center tree by creating parent child relations in a google sheet. But the Data Import tool keeps throwing error saying the parent cost centers don’t exist. Obviously they won’t exist since the parents are also created as part of the import!
I saw some other post regarding the issue and someone had suggested to import parent cost centers first and then the child cost centers. If I have a tree with multiple levels, this process becomes almost impractical! Why can’t the importer detect the parent cost centers and create them first before trying to create the child cost centers? Isn’t it intuitive?
