Cost center is not imported when the Purchase Taxes and Charges Master is selected

Hi,

I need help to understand and hopefully solve this problem:
When I select a Purchase Taxes and Charges Master in a purchase invoice, there is one line where the cost center is not populated. See attached screenshots for the master and the corresponding fields in the purchase invoice.
Please advise.
